This was our first experience--We enjoyed our food, but the wait staff needs to be visited by the Mystery Diner! There evidently were 3 waitresses and a waiter (I never saw him wait on anyone, but he was wearing an apron). They were visiting behind the counter and half-heartedly waiting on guests. Then the boss??? came from the back of the restaurant and they tried to look busy. The minute she disappeared they would go back to relaxing. This was repeated 2 or 3 times. Amazing, but not in a good way.

First - a little hard to see in the shopping center. At least for this old fart. It's on the right side of the building, under the overhang. Got it? It's nice inside. The servers are friendly, attractive, clean and earnest. They worked well as a team while I was there, though it got confusing because sometimes it seemed like there were a lot of servers working on my table. But you know, they seem to love the place. Lots of stars for them. The menu is better than adequate. Some pretty interesting stuff on there along with some familiar ones. I had the Mexican burger. It was kind of bland. Get something else. ... like the creme brulee. I love creme brulee. I especially love the crispy slightly sticky top. I like creamy custard underneath. Love stuff that gets put on it, from chocolate to fruit to ... whatever. This one had a thick crust, but it wasn't burnt-tasting the way some thick-crusted ones are - just right, very caramel-y. A well-toasted marshmallow. The custard was really tasty without being obnoxious, definitely not that water-tasteless stuff some places give you. And it was beautiful. Maybe the chef was messing around, but the carved-strawberry rose that came on top was absolutely gorgeous. Nice job, dude or dudette, nice job. Oh - and the strawberry was really, really good. I enjoyed the ambience, the service, and the dessert. I'll go back and order something else to see if I just need to order something besides the Mexican burger.

Excellent fusion menu.. the only thing is there were several seafood items not available tonight. Servers are very knowledgeable and willing to ask questions if she cannot answer it. The specialty burger was just perfect with the excellent ratio of the bacon and ground beef. The egg and Asiago cheese was a good combination. I had the shrimp stuffed grilled cucumber over brown rice. It was good but the sides veggie medley of baby kale was out of this world. The kale was tender and not bitter at all while still crispy like the rest of the vegetables. I am looking forward to trying the rest of the seafood menu and the Asian bowl

Cafe GoGo has changed a couple of times since I've been going here. One thing is for certain, a family of 4 for lunch with no alcohol was $65+.... That's pricey.

Thank You Yelp! We could have been happier with this restaurant on our way from thru Las Cruces. The food was great and so was the staff. We got there a little bit before closing and they couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating.

Food was not worth the price. The second time I went there I got the BLTC, and the cheese wasn't melted. The service was slow because they only had one waitress. Even the cook was taking orders. I had to keep asking for things because my waitress kept forgetting what I needed. I'm not going there ever again.

I've been twice, and had delicious sandwiches. It's tucked away across from Sam's club, but worth the trip.

Crossing a cafe with a fine dining experience.. we were very impressed. Our hosts recommended we stop in for a local dining experience and a variety of options with fresh ingredients. Our service was top notch - very attentive, friendly and professional. Our server made recommendations for us, and even helped us spice things up by pro-actively bringing out extra dipping sauces to try with our meals. We both got asian bowls - me the pineapple rice bowl with tofu (the tofu was done to perfection!), and my sweetie getting the Kong Po Chicken with both peanuts and cashews (at the server's suggestion). So glad we came here. For under $20 for two meals we had a relaxed and delicious experience, and felt like we were catered to. Well done, team Cafe A Go Go!

Stopped in on way from Alamogordo. We only shared stuffed burgers which were super legit. Had pineapple and a green chili and cheddar. A must stop.

I will come back again any time I'm in this city. Fresh tasting food, friendly service and did I mention how good the food was?!?! The Shrimp Lo Mein stir fry had a great balance of flavors and was a big serving of noodles, shrimp, broccoli, bell peppers and zucchini. I threw some Sriracha on it to give it a little spicy kick.

I came here over 18 months ago, sidetracked as I intended to walk in to Mexican restaurant next door. I said "what the heck". I left very disappointed. Primary reason: The Service! I brought my wife out tonight, as she'd never been. 1. Greeted warmly, very nice fella. 2. No mexican beer, booo! 3. Awesome menu :) 4.We went with the creative burgers. 5. Wife was happy. 6. Ordered my burger"well done". When i got mid way thru this great slab of meat in a bun, raw raw raw. No biggie, 6 minutes later our server rolls up. I whine, she apologizes. Offers no solution other than to not charge me for the burger. I AM STILL HUNGRY! Typically, one is asked if another burger can be made or possibly something else on the menu? We paid - left sad and hungry :(

Infusion of New Mexico, Chinese and American food. Good food and nice atmosphere. Came in from Phoenix on business and it was close to my hotel. Small and friendly. If you want something beside a chain restaurant, this is the place.

I like this place; it's locally owned. They took one of my most favorite things off the menu; crab rangoon. I guess it wasn't selling well. They have added beer to their menu; and it is decently priced. As far as the food, I haven't had anything that is spectacular; but I haven't had anything that was bad. The french dip is very good, burgers are mediocre.

Love this place! Their grilled chicken Chinese salad is second only to the now closed Ming's restaurant in the SF Bay Area. Done differently, but the chicken and fresh vegetables are amazing. This and other menu items are creative, presented beautifully, tasty, and love that there's parking as it's a bit off the beaten track. Oh and they've great service, wines and beers.

The place is small but nice. The food is good, but not great. Had the green chili and cheddar and stuffed burger.

Tried this place for the first time. Food was really good, service a bit off, but not bad. A great fusion of Asian, American with enough Southwestern flair to make it mesh well. We'll return for sure. There was a lot on the menu I want to try.

This place is wonderful! Great food and excellent service for reasonable prices. Their stuffed burgers are absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this cute, cozy little place to everyone.

Asian dishes are very good. Hamburgers are good but need a different bun. Set aside at least one hour to order and eat and get your check. The chef is very slow. Their catering business severely interferes with their restaurant business resulting in a very long wait between submitting your order and serving your order. After 3 different occasions, nothing has improved.

  • Ryan C.

Clean and well presented. Usually not much of a crowd, which can be nice. Menu is decent and food is prepared fairly well. Small mistakes like undercooked veggies hold them back from making a very positive impression, but it's worthy of a second or even third try.

Great spot! We were passing by Las Cruces and stopped by this small restaurant. The fusion of Asian and American is amazing!

Funky little spot with memorable food! Service was a little slow, but the friendliness of the servers made up for it! We are visiting from California and came looking for a good burger. I couldn't decide between the Waldorf Chicken Salad and the Spicy Pineapple Burger, so we decided to split both. They brought out our salad in two bowls with generous servings (and still only charged for one salad). They also subbed in cashews for the walnuts willingly! The honey vinaigrette dressing was house made and really tasty as well. The Spicy Pineapple burger was really flavorful with the perfect amount of spice. We had the sweet potato fries and while they were not the best I've ever had, they were still tasty and a generous serving! Overall, we were very pleased. Make sure you have some time, but definitely check this place out. If we are back in Las Cruces, we will be back!

This is a fantastic little place, nearly hidden in an office park setting. The food was really great and huge portions. By far the best crab Rangoon we ever tasted. Cashew chicken was full of luscious cashews and veggies were done perfectly, crisp and fresh and flavorful. Service was good too!

Just got take-out, completely not worth it at all. When I got the order (Sweet & Sour Chicken bowl w/sauce on side and Chicken Fried Rice) the bag felt very light. When I looked at my order, once outside, I noticed the my S&S chicken was just 6 small chicken strips and nothing else. I went in and the server asked me what was wrong- I asked if the S&S chicken came with rice. She turned to the person I've always assumed is the manager/owner, asked her my question and the woman frowned and said yes. Then she asked the server where the sauce was, I told her that I asked for it on the side. Instead of responding to the lack of food in my box, she frowned and turned away. Server came back and there was 1 scoop of rice in the box. We will NOT be going bad. Not worth the price, and not concerned with customer satisfaction. We were regular customers, but there have been way too many issues for us to return.

Eaten here once, tried their Mongolian beef, doesn't taste like Mongolian beef. So disappointed.

Salad was great. Burger was not good. There was loads of hard chunks of fat (aka, gristle) in it. See the picture of the enormous hunk of inedible gristle I found in my burger. Disgusting! They obviously use very low quality chopped meat with lots of fat and cartilage in it. To add insult to injury, the burger costs $11 with tax and took a half hour to make it to my table. Tip is added on top of that. What a rip off! I will never return.

I've eaten here three times now. The first two were very good but, this last time was lack luster. I had the patty melt and it fell way short of what I believe the kitchen here is capable of. When you eat here eat around the patty melt. There are plenty of tasty items on the menu. My humble opine.

Yup! Really, really liked my burger. While visiting my dad who lives here, in Los Cruces, took me and the GF here for a lunch. Since we were going to places that my dad knew, this was the first place he wanted to hit. The menu had a wide range of dishes. From soups, salads and sandwiches to burgers. I opted for the burger, of course. They offered some creative combos. I was leaning towards the Green Chili Burger, but then our server suggested the Undecided Burger. It had all the fix'ns that every burger should love; eggs and bacon. What I liked was the idea of the bread, no bun. Plus I was asked how I wanted the meat cooked and if I wanted the bread toasted or grilled. Wow!! The GF got the potato soup with bacon and green onions. The Dad got the Asian Bowl, which was huge. The GF loved her soup and the bowl was one of the Dad's regular orders. The burger was very good and beautifully constructed. Even with an over easy egg, it didn't become a messy meal. If I was a local, I'd be there all the time. Lucky Dad.

My wife and I each had a burger. Both were good, though not great. The meat was fine. The buns were the runny poops. Just soggy and falling apart. Fries were really yummy. Service was great. Not too expensive.

They have great selection many choices great services and very clean!

I stop here every time I go to Las Cruces. I've never had a bad meal. The burgers here are amazing (stuffed or otherwise) as they grind their own ground meat blend. My personal favorites are the pineapple and garlic stuffed burger and the California burger. Anything that's ordered fried (spring rolls, French fries) are fried to perfection. The only negative I can think of is that the bread served prior to the meal isn't that great... I enjoy every visit here, and the prices are great! Give this place a try, you'll be going back.

The four of us decided to try out Cafe A Go Go today for lunch. Three of us got Asian Bowls, a cashew chicken, a sweet and sour chicken, and a Mongolian beef. All of our meals were hot, fresh and spiced as listed. My Mongolian Beef was very good, but not served as most other Mongolian Beef entrees that I had in the past. Usually the entree is served with only onions (green and yellow/white), not with carrots, celery, zucchini, red and green peppers, and onions. I like the former version much better. My wife's Thai chicken wrap was delicious. Service was fine. We would go back again to try other items on the menu.

We've eaten here several times now and I find it a really pleasant, low-key place to grab a salad or a sandwich. I am especially fond of their tuna salad, with seems like it has little pieces of hard boiled egg and peppers in it. I'm a big fan of coleslaw and they give you a giant side order of coleslaw with your sandwich. The service is quick and friendly and the inside of the restaurant is creatively decorated. Finally, the food doesn't cost a lot. They open for breakfast at 6:30 am, which is nicely early for Las Cruces.

Amazing green chile quesadillas as well as their cashew chicken bowl. They have soo many great options and variety, from what type of bread/wrap/rice to sides and dressing. Love the place. Great staff

Great food! An unexpected find in Las Cruces on our way back to Dallas. Very fresh ingredients and unique pairings. I had the Mongolian beef which was served in a flavorful sauce with veggies in a wonton bowl. I also had a coconut bubble tea, which is a must-try. Not strictly Asian, but a fusion of Asian and American food. Wish they had this place in Dallas.

I ate here today with my mom and sister (I'm a vegetarian, my mom is Vegan, and my sister is a Flexitaian) there was different options for all of us! All three of us left VERY satified. The food was all upper good. I got the Veggie-tofu wrap, which was really good, a little saucy, but good. My mom got the Tofu Luttuce wraps, which were also pretty good, and my sister got the Wontons with shrimp and green chilli sauce which I didn't get taste. We all also shared the sweet potato Fries- yum! With green chilli sauce on the side. If I'm ever back in town again, I'll definitely eat there.

GREAT FOOD! While I was visiting Los Cruces, I had the Green Chili Burger. All I can say was, it was amazing. Who would of thought of stuffing a 1/2 lbs burger w/ green chili and cheese? The meat tasted good and fresh and was served on nice Toasted Ciabatta Buns . I loved it! Then my next experience was trying the the Green Chili Won Ton Soup, it was also wonderful. The green chili taste was perfect and not too spicy for me. Also, if you have never tried the Bubble tea w/ tapioca pearls, you have to try them. I have always loved Milk Teas and they have them here. Overall, they have a very nice place w/ great food and great service.
